De belangrijkste gevestigde en op lange termijn effectieve methoden in de bariatrische chirurgie zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mouw Gastrectomie,<\/li>\n<li>Standaard Gastric Bypass<\/li>\n<li>Mini-gastrische bypass<\/li>\n<li>Sleeve-Bypass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alle bovenstaande operaties zijn effectief en je hoeft niet te kiezen tussen goed of slecht, maar je moet de beste optie voor jou vinden. In het geval van een bepaalde pati\u00ebnt zijn er zelden omstandigheden die de ene of de andere methode volledig verhinderen of bevoordelen. De doelen voor het kiezen van de methode van bariatrische chirurgie bij verschillende pati\u00ebnten kunnen verschillen.<\/p>\n<p>De tevredenheid over een operatie wordt niet alleen be\u00efnvloed door het gewichtsverlies, maar ook door de bijwerkingen van de operatie, en het is mogelijk dat een pati\u00ebnt wiens gewichtsverlies als een voorbeeld voor iedereen kan worden gezien, toch teleurgesteld is in het eindresultaat vanwege de bijwerkingen.<\/p>\n<p>Onze ervaring is dat het risico op onmiddellijke chirurgische complicaties, zoals lekkende hechtingen of bloedingen, niet afhankelijk is van de gekozen operatiemethode, noch verschilt de snelheid van postoperatief herstel. Er zijn geen significante verschillen in dyslipidemie (verhoogd cholesterol en triglyceriden in het bloed), hypertensie, verlichting van gewrichts- en rugpijn.
